New Vendor Information

Thank you for your interest in the Northeast Connecticut Farmers’ Market Association! We host markets in the towns of Brooklyn, Danielson, Plainfield and Putnam. We will also be hosting a winter market every 1st and 3rd Saturday from 9-12 at Westfield Congregational Church from the months of December-March.

Our Association was established in 1980 to provide an opportunity for local farmers to market their fresh grown fruits and vegetables directly to the general public. Over time, the farmers’ markets have expanded to include meat, cheese, eggs, poultry, baked goods, pickles, soap, prepared food, hand crafted items and more. This makes the farmers’ market a truly “one stop” shopping experience!

Our association is operated by a board of directors composed of a president, vice president, secretary, treasurer and market masters, and it's members. Planning for the markets and acceptance of new vendor-members are carried out at the annual spring meeting held in early March.

To become a  vendor-member an application must be submitted and voted upon by the membership. Acceptance is dependent upon the number of applicants, the available space at each market site, and the need to enhance the market with additional diverse products.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor-member!

NEW VENDORS WILL RECEIVE A 50% MARKET FEE REBATE THEIR FIRST YEAR! (SUmmer markets only)
